• Autoempleo - proprietorship (most common for small business or operation)
• S.A. de C.V. – Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable (Stock Corporation)
• S. de R.L. de C.V. – Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada de Capital Variable (Limited Liability Company)
• S.A.P.I. – Sociedad Anónima Promotora de Inversión (Mexican Investment Promotion Company)
• S.A.S. – Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada (Simplified Shares Company)

• You have have to be a resident in Mexico
• You must have an RFC number issued to you
• You may need permits from State you are in
• You may need permits from local municipality
• You may need to register with SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) - The Tax Administration Service
• You may need to register with Public Employment Insurance (if you are hiring employees)
